Talent Acquisition Specialist

What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist you'll provide an efficient, professional and customer focused service to candidates and our colleagues. You'll be fully responsible for managing vacancies through the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and will work closely with our hiring managers to attract and select top talent to Novuna.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Building relationships with hiring managers to understand their resourcing requirements
• Creating positive and engaging propositions and advertising campaigns to attract internal and external candidates
• Screening candidates for suitability and advising hiring managers on best practice to selection and onboarding
• Sourcing candidates on defined roles through appropriate channels

We adopt a hybrid approach to our ways of working which means we ask that you work from our office in Trowbridge 2 days per week. Please note that travel to our office in Newbury will also be required as needed.

What are we looking for?

You'll have strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You'll be used to overseeing multiple roles at any one time and work best in a predominately volume based environment. You'll have a curious mindset and will enjoy using your initiative and drive to find solutions.

Also, we're looking for the following: 

• Good knowledge of direct candidate attraction methods; including social media, advertising channels, talent pooling/pipelining, and sourcing
• Ability to promote Novuna as an employer of choice by creating engaging recruitment marketing content
• Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across a range of disciplines and specialist areas
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
