Since its launch in October, our LEAP (LEAdership in Practice) programme has aimed to transform leadership development at Novuna. Designed to build a consistent and inclusive leadership culture across the business, LEAP ensures that our people, at every level, gain the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to lead effectively.
