Novuna named UK's 15th Most Inclusive Employer

This marks our fifth consecutive year on the prestigious index and our second time ranking in the top 15 — a significant leap from 43rd place in 2020 when we first appeared on the list. This recognition highlights the strides we’ve made in fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

Championing Inclusion Across Novuna

At Novuna, diversity and inclusion (D&I) are championed by our senior leaders through the Diversity Leadership Council (DLC) and Social and Human Committee. Each initiative is supported by a dedicated executive sponsor to ensure alignment with our organisational goals and culture.

Our Colleague Communities have played a pivotal role in fostering inclusion, leading impactful initiatives and celebrating key moments like Ramadan, Black History Month, and Transgender Awareness Week. These efforts spark vital conversations and inspire allyship across the organisation.
