Graduate Programme
Our two-year graduate program enables you to gain broad exposure across various business units through rotations. You'll work on critical projects, access our Aspiring Leaders development curriculum, and collaborate with leaders across the company. We welcome graduates from all degree disciplines who are curious, creative problem-solvers passionate about continuous learning.
To be a successful early career candidate at Novuna, you'll have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in your chosen discipline and be able to spot opportunities, think creatively, and have a passion for learning. Credit Risk
You'll spend time in several business areas working on a range of projects including, Enterprise Risk, Corporate risk, Risk Analytics, and Financial Crime.
Operations
Joining one of our Operations Teams, you'll focus on supporting the delivery of our strategic operational objectives giving you opportunity to develop.
Business Development
Spending time with the Business Development team, you'll participate and contribute to the return on investment and ensure all personal and team targets are achieved.
Change Management
Working within the Business Change Delivery team, you'll gain experience in each of our change disciplines, which include, Project Management, Project Office, Business Analysis and Product Ownership.
Data Analytics
Focusing on data insights you'll work with business areas such as Change Management, Risk Analytics and Management Information during the programme to help improve the customer experience.
Finance
Joining one of our accounting teams, you'll spend time in financial control, and financial planning & analysis, which means there'll be plenty of opportunities to develop yourself.
IT
During the two-year programme, you'll spend time in several key business areas. Joining our Group IT team who build market-leading digital products and provide IT shared services to our diverse business units and group functions.
HR
During the two-year programme as part of HR Team - you'll spend time in several areas such as Benefits & Compensation, HR Operations and Talent & Employee Experience giving you opportunity to develop and progress.
Sustainability
As our business evolves, joining us in Sustainability means you'll support the evolution of our sustainable offering. Helping with research and best practise - across the two-year programme, you'll become a sustainability in finance advocate.
Apprenticeships
We offer apprenticeships in many business functions. You'll study for a qualification relevant to your role, with costs covered. Our apprentices embark on the learning journey together through networking events and support systems. You'll be paired with a mentor and have guidance from your team and program provider.

Customer Service
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you'll work towards your apprenticeship qualification and receive industry-leading training through our Customer First programme and our accredited EV (electric vehicle) Academy.
Working as part of a small team, you'll use your newly gained knowledge and skills to delight customers whilst helping with a wide variety of queries and requests.
Cyber Security
As a Cyber Security Apprentice, you'll work towards your apprenticeship qualification whilst playing an important role in developing and maintaining appropriate Information & Cyber Security controls,
In addition to your apprenticeship studies, you'll receive industry-leading training through our Customer First programme and our accredited EV (electric vehicle) Academy.
Business Development
As a Business Development Apprentice, you'll work towards your apprenticeship qualification whilst playing an important role in turning enquiries into real customers.

Risk Intelligence
With different roles available in the Risk Team; from Financial Crime, Underwriting, Corporate Risk to Risk & Controls. As an Apprentice in the Risk team, you'll work towards your level 4 Intelligence Analyst apprenticeship qualification (level 3 Compliance & Risk Officer, if taking the Risk & Controls role)
Working as part of a team, you'll use your newly-gained knowledge and skills to meet our customer needs, whilst reducing the risk of financial loss to our business.
