We're supporting our employees to take a proactive approach to their wellbeing. Including financial wellbeing - supporting our employees with financial education; career wellbeing - understanding strengths and finding purpose in your role; community and social wellbeing – having a sense of community and meaningful relationships inside and outside of work; as well as environmental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

Healthy Work

We are prioritising mental health by developing and delivering programs of activity to educate and inform, prevent harm through good job design and managing psychosocial risks. We will proactively support employees by providing the appropriate mental health tools and guidance for managers as well as promote an open culture around mental health.


Healthy Culture

We are building our leadership capability around psychological safety practices, including a culture of appreciation. This means that we will ensure that our people feel included and safe to learn, contribute, and challenge. The culture of appreciation will see our people living our company values and amplifying others by celebrating effort and intention, not just outcomes.
