What does the role involve?

Reporting into our Strategic Operational Delivery Manager you'll lead a team of 5 Customer Fleet Managers who are responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B customers with a range of vehicle types, ensuring SLA's and expectations within key areas of service delivery are met and that we continue to provide excellent outcomes for each customer. 

Some of your key duties will include:

• Providing support and direction to the team, making the decisions needed to resolve any issues and enhance the customer journey
• Being the primary point of support for our Account Management & Sales Channel and working closely with the Operational Management Team to ensure a collaborative approach
• Delivering the continuous improvement of services and processes through monitoring performance and root cause analysis
• Conducting, attending and documenting service reviews with customers
