Sales Support Executive

What does the role involve?

Reporting into our Customer Experience Manager you'll work as part of a small team of 3 to provide support to our Manufacturer and Dealer sales team by processing new finance deals through our system and ensuring they're sent to our pay out team in a timely manner, ensuring superb accuracy at all times. You'll get the opportunity to work with customers across three different sectors - agriculture, leisure and the motor industry whilst also interacting with internal customers, confidence over the phone and through written correspondence is therefore key.  

Some of your key duties will include:

• Acting as a point of contact for Manufacturer & Dealer day to day queries
• Using the APAK system to set up and maintain Dealers and Manufacturers
• Ensure the business is kept safe by ensuring the documentation is compliant and correct
• Process units such as agricultural and motor feeds, as well as process any rejects
