What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Operational Excellence Leader, you'll be managing a team of 3 Operational Excellence Executives. You and your team will play an important role in the evolution of Operational Excellence at Novuna Vehicle Solutions. You'll work closely with operations, customer service, and other business areas to drive performance and ensuring we're meeting our commitment to deliver brilliant basics. You'll use your brilliant problem-solving and analytical skills to work with teams across the business to identify better ways of working,

Some of your key duties will include:

Supporting the mobilisation of the continuous improvement strategy
Bringing key continuous improvement initiatives to life
Providing support to areas where improvement is needed
Project managing key operational excellence and improvement projects

What are we looking for?

You're adaptable, keen to take ownership, and thrive on change. You're comfortable juggling competing priorities and are capable of switching focus as needed.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Strong interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Project management skills
Knowledge of process and performance management, and improvement
Data literate, and comfortable using data to monitor and manage performance
