What does the role involve?

Reporting into our Operational Excellence Manager you'll be joining our team who work to deliver our Novuna Vehicle Solutions Operations Optimisation Strategy by ensuring we are working efficiently, identifying and implementing change, and we are putting the customer at the forefront of our decisions.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Mapping our 'as is' and 'to be' processes, looking at ways to deliver efficiency and automation where required
• Identifying enhancement opportunity's that help drive innovation
• Reporting operational insights to the operational excellence team, summarising opportunities and key areas for development
• Supporting colleagues by running regular reviews of operational processes, controls, and monitoring newly implemented change

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this opportunity you'll join us with a customer service / operations background where you've delivered continuous improvement activities and implemented change which has enhanced ways of working. You're a great communicator, able to work collaboratively with stakeholders to elicit information and work in partnership to embrace change.

Also, we're looking for the following: 

• Curiosity - always looking to explore where improvements can be made
• Knowledge of cross functional collaboration and a passion for excellence
• Experience of process analysis
• ITIL foundation / Lean six sigma certification would be advantageous
