Credit Risk MI Analyst

What does the role involve?

Working within our small Finance team and reporting into our Business Performance MI Manager you'll support our credit risk team by collating data within our diverse portfolio to ensure we're able to view trends around business performance and risk indicators. Working closely with a number of senior internal stakeholders you'll provide insightful, reliable and consistent information to enable the business to make fact based decisions to ensure our success. In this role you'll also get the opportunity to help us transition away from more manual MI processes and utilise automation tools to help us gain an even further depth of insight on trends.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Support the operation of the credit risk department through effective reporting and monitoring of key business credit risk controls
• Responsible for portfolio reporting, monitoring, and analysis, including identification and investigation of potential emerging trends i.e approval rate trends, credit utilisation etc
• Develop and maintain an intelligent and contemporary suite of risk reporting
• Identify opportunities to enhance credit policies, processes, and controls
