Wholesale Funding Executive

What does the role involve?

Reporting in to the Customer Experience Manager and working as part of a team of 3 you will support our Manufacturer and Dealer sales team by processing new deals through our system and ensuring they are sent to pay out in a timely manner whilst ensuring superb accuracy at all times. You will work with customers across three different sectors - agriculture, leisure and the motor industry whilst also interacting with internal customers so confidence over the phone and through written correspondence is key.  

Some of your key duties will include:

• Acting as a point of contact for Manufacturer & Dealer day to day queries.
• Using the APAK system to set up and maintain Dealers and Manufacturers
• Ensure the business is kept safe by ensuring the documentation is compliant and correct
• Process units such as agricultural and motor feeds, as well as process any rejects.
