What does the role involve?

As part of the Portfolio Finance team you'll be primarily involved in the logging of requests, distribution of quotes and configuration of changes to vehicle contracts into the system whilst providing existing customers with administrative support. 

This is very much a task-based role so being able to cope with high volume and the repetitive nature is key criteria for the successful applicant. 

Working closely with internal stakeholders you will deal with a wide range of customers and vehicles. Providing you with the opportunity to get involved in multiple processes along the way such as Early Termination quotes, contract amendment/extensions, change requests and queries.

This role follows a hybrid approach with a minimum of 2 days per week required in the Newbury office (Monday and Thursday). However, we can support office working 5 days a week in the Newbury office if preferred.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Using best practice processes to ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is maintained whilst carrying out all tasks
• Processing variety of amendments to vehicle contracts
• Always ensuring to deliver a positive customer experience by having a positive approach, managing expectations, and providing timely resolutions to customer queries and complaints.

What are we looking for?

You're a great team player who can work through large volumes of workload whilst continually upholding attention to detail. In addition, the aptitude for following process is essential within this role. 

Also, we're looking for the following: 

• Good IT skills and confident in using Excel (although Excel training can be provided)
• Data driven and comfortable working with numbers
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment with a strong eye for detail. 
• Ability to demonstrate ownership and openness to process changes for continual improvement
