What does the role involve?

As a member of the Relationship Management team, participate and contribute to the delivery of agreed team targets. These targets will be made up of Telephone-sales, outbound lead-generation and appointment volumes for the field-based teams As part of the Relationship Management team, work collaboratively with other managers to create opportunities to support the success of Novuna.

Some of your key duties will be to:

Seek out ways to make facilities more efficient & effective, and so valuable for clients
Authorise exceptional payments/overpayments where required, exercising your Mandate correctly
Access industry intelligence to remain appraised of products and services being offered by competitors, and assessing whether Novuna Business Cashflow should offer comparable products and services
Ensure departmental structures, processes, controls, business continuity and scalable resources are in place to enable KPI's to be met. Monitor KPI and put actions place (escalating where necessary) to address changing business needs
Explore opportunities to grow and diversify the portfolio

You have a passion for understanding the customers' requirements and providing a service that is tailored and unique to their needs and expectations. Within this role you will have the opportunity to expand your network and develop your professional career whilst working with a supportive team to achieve your goals.

Inquisitive mindset with great attention to detail
Ability to make sound commercial business decisions
Knowledge and understanding of working and dealing directly multiple stakeholders including supply chain
Organised and can manage a varied workload
