Vehicle Contract Administrator

What does the role involve?

This is a permanent contract to become part of the Portfolio Finance team here at Novuna Vehicle Solutions. You will be primarily involved in administering the logging of requests, distribution of quotes and configuration of changes to vehicle contracts into the system whilst providing existing customers with administrative support. 

This is very much a task-based role so being able to cope with high volume and the repetitive nature is key criteria for the successful applicant. 

Working closely with internal stakeholders you will deal with a wide range of customers and vehicles. Providing you with the opportunity to get involved in multiple processes along the way such as Early Termination quotes, contract amendment/extensions, change requests and queries.

This role follows a hybrid approach with a minimum of 2 days per week required in the Newbury office (Monday and Thursday). However, we can support office working 5 days a week in the Newbury office if preferred.
