Treasury Manager

What does the role involve?

Reporting into the Group Treasurer you'll play an important role delivering uninterrupted liquidity in GBP and Euros, obtaining the lowest possible cost of funding at the lowest possible level of risk, whilst complying with all corporate governance and controls.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Develop and plan tactics to fulfil given policy and strategy for the delivery of the lowest possible optimised borrowing cost whilst providing 100% reliability of the group's liquidity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Support and give input to IR hedging policy decisions, maintaining a view of the direction and timing of changes in GBP, Euro, PLN and where relevant USD, JPY, interest rates when compared to the pricing implied in financial markets, and the likely evolution of market pricing.
• Developing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency and drive effective economic cost avoidance for the MHCCUK group
• Ensuring that the MHCCUK group including subsidiaries is continuously funded by maintaining liquidity planning and working with the rest of the Treasury team to regularly adjust the funding plan and highlight any potential restrictions to the Group Treasurer
