What does the role involve?

Working within the Stocking Business Development team, you will generate new business by targeting the automotive industry across the UK. You will manage deals ranging in size from £60 million - £75 million +  whilst providing an outstanding service to our customers. 

Some of your key duties will include:

• Use industry expertise to challenge decisions and processes to increase our business efficiency and outcomes.
• Be an ambassador for Stocking Vendor / Dealer sales, using knowledge, skills and presence.
• Deliver exceptional account management, building strong sustainable relationships, working at board level with ease.
• Exceed sales targets whilst maintaining portfolio quality.

What are we looking for?

You will be a tenacious sales professional and build relationships with ease. You have a curious nature and like to understand why or how we could do things better. You are approachable and sincere and people enjoy interacting with you.

Also, we're looking for the following: 

• Knowledge of stocking finance within the automotive industry
• Ability to make sound commercial decisions.
• Able to influence senior managers and negotiate at a high level.
• Can work with internal colleagues collaboratively.
