What does the role involve?

Reporting into our Build Team Leader Jenny, you'll be joining a team of 9 who co-ordinate the build process of new commercial vehicles for our fleet customers. From a car converted for business use, Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV's), Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV's) through to specialist vehicles such as fuel tankers and plant equipment, you'll be supporting the team by completing operational tasks such as compliance documentation, system updates and changes to quotations.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Managing contract requests and amendments, coordinating re-quote processes and ensuring accurate records
• Processing supplier invoices in line with internal controls, and accurately logging invoice rejections and queries for analysis
• Managing compliance documentation, ensuring timely uploads and adherence to service level agreements
• Performing system updates - ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining comprehensive records within the Core System

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this role ideally you'd be joining us with previous office based customer service and administration experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to organise your workload and manage your time effectively.

Also, we're looking for the following: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft products (particularly Excel) and confidence to learn our internal systems
• A great approach to team working
• An interest in vehicles would always help but isn't necessary!
