Senior Internal Audit Manager - All locations considered

What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, the Senior Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for keeping the internal audit plan on track. 

In this role, you'll provide oversight and review key documents such as internal audit reports to ensure audits are delivered on time to a high standard.  You'll also contribute to leadership of the function; driving continuous improvement by motivating, coaching, and developing a small team of Internal Auditors.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Keeping the internal audit plan on track by ensuring that audits are delivered on time and to a high level of quality
• Providing oversight and review of key documents such as audit reports, quality assurance, contribution to leadership of the internal audit function
• Being a champion for continuous improvement and best practice in an evolving internal audit function
• Providing coaching and mentoring to develop and motivate the team
