What does the role involve?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Assistant Relationship Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Relationship Management, you'll support the Corporate Relationship Management Team in delivering outstanding client service.

Some of your key duties will include:

Supporting Relationship Managers with account reviews and risk management duties
Working with our Operations Team to identify trends and service wins
Identifying new commercial opportunities

What are we looking for?

You'll have good understanding of client service principles and portfolio management. Knowledge of cashflow finance or asset based lending markets is preferred. Also, we're looking for the following:

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Good working knowledge of financial services sector (Invoice Finance knowledge is preferred)
Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office suite and exposure to CRM systems would be a plus!
