Sales Support Executive

What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Support Team Leader, you will play a fundamental role in supporting ongoing relationships with the manufacturers/dealers, and our end customers. Alongside being the first point of contact for any queries, you will help manage the life cycle for the onboarding of a financial agreement.

Attendance from the Staines office will be required 5 days a week for the initial training period to enable you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work. You will then have the option to work a minimum of 3 days a week on site.

  Some of your key duties will include:

• Regularly liaising with key stakeholders, assisting with any manufacturers/dealers or end customer-related issues
• Discussing quotations and preparing financial agreements with the end customers
• Communicating with the Underwriting Team and Customer Service Team to deliver updates
• Preparing reports to track the account's progress and to draw out any potential problems
