What does the role involve?

This is a fixed term contract until 1st November 2024. As the PMO Analyst you will report to the PMO Lead and be responsible for providing and co-ordinating support for change activities within the Novuna Consumer Finance & Novuna Vehicle Solutions change portfolios. You will work as part of the Project Management Office (PMO) and will provide administrative support to the PMO team to help support the successful delivery of change at Novuna.

Some of your key duties will include:

Support key elements of the change process, including arranging meetings to support the assessment of change and engagement with group change activities
Collate information on the progress of change, including budget, delivery estimates, and actuals
Assist with the production of MI to ensure that change is being well managed, or that action is taken where issues arise
Support and maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete

What are we looking for?

You possess strong analytical skills, organisation and attention to detail, all of which are crucial in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement. We are open to industry background but experience of working within the Financial Services industry is a distinct advantage. Importantly you must be able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the business.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Proven experience working in a project, programme or PMO environment
Strong Excel skills and use of PowerBI
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to time-sensitive tasks
Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A relevant qualification such as PRINCE2 is advantageous but not a mandated requirement for the role.
