What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Head of Talent & Employee Engagement, as an Inclusion and Diversity Manager you'll join us at an interesting point in our DE&I journey. You'll take the foundations that are already in place and will have the autonomy to build on them to get us ever closer to a fully-integrated approach to Inclusion & Diversity. This will include nurturing inclusive leadership practices and culture, and ensuring DE&I is fully embedded in all our talent practices.

Some of your key duties will include:

Development of our diversity & inclusion strategy that will drive a truly inclusive environment where diverse teams can thrive
Supporting and guiding our colleague communities, creating opportunities for collaboration around a shared vision
Coaching and advising leaders and influencers across the business
Acting as a subject matter expert and centre of excellence in relation to DE&I

What are we looking for?

You have strong knowledge of DE&I and your enthusiasm ignites passion in others you work with. You have good knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices, whether you've been accountable for DE&I as your main job or through involvement in extra-curricular activities. You're also naturally a highly curious person, and resourceful when encountering new topics or areas of responsibility.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Creative and critical thinking skills
Comfortable working with and coaching senior leaders
Capable of developing a strategy and gaining buy-in across the organisation
