What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Incident and Problem Manager, you will be a member of the team who will be responsible for responding to incidents and ensuring an effective investigation is carried out. You will be required to work on-site at our Leeds office a minimum of once a week. The core working hours are from 8:45 - 17:15 with flexibility offered. Once a month will be allocated to this team member to be 'on call' to respond to out-of-office incidents.

Some of your key duties will include:

Leading on major incidents and actioning improvement measures
Producing regular analysis and key metric reporting on incidents and problems
Ensuring the post-incident review are fully documented
Co-ordinating and driving conference calls with fellow Novuna IT colleagues and external suppliers

What are we looking for?

You are an influencer and have excellent skills communication skills. You have a thirst for knowledge and come with a creative approach to problem-solving.  Leading conversation and building trusting relationships with stakeholders is something that comes naturally to you. 

Also, we're looking for the following:

Ability to analyse statistics and data
Excellent presentational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, ServiceNow
ITIL Certification
Understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS)
Knowledge of incident and problem management
