What does the role involve?

As Graduate – Operations Strategic Project Executive, you will join our Operations department within Vehicle Solutions. Across the two-year programme you will be involved in supporting the delivery of key operational projects and supplier onboarding to achieve operational objectives, whilst always ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything we do. You'll also spend time supporting with employee engagement, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself as a professional, and potential leader.

Our office is based in Trowbridge but we're passionate about hybrid working, attendance at the Trowbridge office is a minimum of 2 days per week.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Drive improvement in the customers experience through supporting the delivery of Operational strategic goals and chosen projects
• Working closely with internal key stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient service is provided throughout the customer's operational journey
• Maintain thorough and robust Issue Management procedures, utilising root cause analysis, trending and feedback to deliver informed improvement solutions and action plans
• Assisting with the maintenance of project governance framework reporting, tools and collateral

In addition to your role above, as part of the Novuna Graduate Programme you will have the opportunity to:

What are we looking for?

You'll have recently graduated and achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree.

• Starting salary of £30,000, increasing to £32,000 in Year 2
