What does the role involve?

As Graduate – Operational Risk Executive, you will join our Risk team in Vehicle Solutions. During the two-year programme, you will gain a structured career path within the wider Risk function. You will predominantly be involved in supporting Vehicle Solution's risk management framework, via risk identification and ongoing management, risk incident investigation and resolution, testing of key risk controls and customer Data Privacy requests, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself as a professional, and potential leader.

Our office is based in Newbury but we're passionate about hybrid working, attendance at the Newbury office is a minimum of 2 days per week. On occasions, you may be required to travel to our Trowbridge office based on business requirements. 

Some of your key duties will include:

• Support the activities of the Operational Risk team in testing the control framework, undertaking risk management activities, and responding to risk incidents
• Work to develop useful and informative MI which can be used both within the team and to provide insightful analysis to key stakeholders
• Promote effective risk management by ensuring 1st Line Operational functions respond to requests for information in a timely fashion
• Complete Data Subject Access Requests, Portability requests and Erasure requests in line with agreed SLA's and FCA guidelines

What are we looking for?

You'll have recently graduated and achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree.

• Starting salary of £30,000, increasing to £32,000 in Year 2
