What does the role involve?

As a Fleet Compliance Controller, you'll play a vital role in ensuring all our vehicles are safe and legally compliant by working closely with our customers and suppliers to ensure we meet the standards that our vehicles need to meet.  

We operate hybrid working, whereby attendance of the Trowbridge office is a minimum of 2 days per week. Working Monday – Friday 37.5hrs per week. 

Some of your key duties will include:

• You'll be interacting with customers, drivers and suppliers to ensure vehicles undergo safety and compliance checks at the appropriate time.   
• Creating and managing vehicle schedules to ensure all checks are completed in a timely and cost effective manner 
• Progressing receipt of all relevant compliance documentation and certificates 
• Inbox Management

What are we looking for?

You're enthusiastic and enjoy delivering great customer service. You're also well organised and have good attention to detail. 

Also, we're looking for the following: 

• An excellent communicator both on the phone and in emails
• IT literate, specifically in the use of Excel  
• Ability to follow set processes
• While knowledge of vehicles is not essential, a keen interest in vehicles and compliance regulations will be considered a valuable asset
