What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you'll play an important role in our Commercial Finance team.  Your activities will be varied and will include providing analysis and insight that will support the performance and profitability of our strategic client base as well as commercial finance activities such as pricing and management information reporting.  

Some of your key duties will include:

• Model opportunities to deliver financial performance improvements for key customers and Novuna alike.
• Analysis and improvement of Commercial Finance pricing approaches.
• Investigate and quantify opportunities to minimise financial risk in existing operational processes.
• Providing support with sales management information to improve business decision making.

Please note we operate a hybrid approach to our ways of working which would see you work a minimum of 2 days per week from our modern office in Newbury.

Also, we're looking for the following: 

• Bachelors degree in a relevant subject & keen to pursue professional studies (CIMA)
• Competent Excel skills 
• Good communication skills 
• Curiosity, and eager to learn
