What does the role involve?

Following a period of sustained growth, we are expanding our finance team. In this role you'll be utilising your technical account knowledge and strong analytical skills to elevate our billing function and ensure the team is match-fit for future growth.

Some of your key duties will include:

Ensuring effective governance and control frameworks are in place
Monitoring productivity and performance, implementing remedial actions where required
Identifying processes that can be automated or made more efficient
Ensuring new customer billing processes are implemented effectively and with minimal friction
Leadership, coaching, and mentoring of billing team leaders and their reports

What are we looking for?

You have strong technical accounting knowledge, with a good understanding of governance and control frameworks. It's likely you've already worked in a sizeable business and have

Fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA
Strong skills as a financial analyst
Passion for continuous improvement
Strong desire to lead others
