What does the role involve?

Working as a member of our Customer Service Team you'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of our customers, providing excellent customer service over the phone and by email to help resolve queries relating to the lease of their vehicle.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from our customers and delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Manging the team mailbox to ensure emails are responded to in a timely manner
  • Liaising with specialist teams within Novuna, where needed, in order to help resolve the customers query
  • Ensuring that the system is updated correctly to reflect the nature of each customer interaction

 

We have a hybrid approach to our ways of working which is a minimum of  2 days per week from our modern office in Newbury. For this role you'll initially work from the office full time so that we can support you with your training and then move to hybrid once you feel comfortable.


What are we looking for?

You're passionate about delighting your customers and get a real kick out of providing excellent customer service. You'll have strong verbal and written communication skills, an excellent eye for detail and you'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership of queries to get them resolved. 

Also, we're looking for the following: 

  • Experience of providing customer service in a F2F or telephone based role
  • A passion for delivering exceptional experiences for our customers
  • The ability to listen, empathise, build rapport and understanding with customers
  • Strong computer literacy skills and the confidence to learn new systems
