What does the role involve?

Reporting into the Customer Experience Improvement Manager, our current Insight Analysts create insights from our Voice of the Customer tool and undertake root cause analysis to present key trends and findings within our customer experiences.

This role will provide insights on our Customer Contact Platform with an aim of improving and enhancing our customer experience in the same way.

Some of your key duties will include:

Working with data exported from a variety of sources to create a range of insights and reports highlighting key data. Consolidating data from a variety of sources, both internally and externally.
Collating and presenting key trends to the wider business in a user-friendly format.
Focus on opportunities that improve our customer experience and business efficiencies.
Identify and evaluate risks ensuring sufficient business controls are in place

What are we looking for?

You're likely to enjoy this role if you've got a keen eye for data and are passionate about making a positive difference for our customers. You're also pretty savvy with Excel and comfortable discussing your insights with colleagues and customers.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Naturally analytical, with a knack for finding meaning in the data
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, and able to plan and prioritise own workload
Able to look at problems creatively, and identify better ways of doing things
An ability to work with and collaborate with colleagues of all levels

Our office is based in Trowbridge but we're passionate about the benefits of hybrid working so you'll be able to work from home flexibly if that suits you best.
