What does the role involve?

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that daily targets are hit whilst upholding a strong level of customer service, delivering seamless and efficient services to our customers. You will also be responsible for proactively implementing both professional development and operational procedures to enforce an efficient process.

Our contact centre is open Monday – Friday 8.45am - 5:15pm, and as a full-time Customer Experience Team Manager you'll be working 37 hours per week during these timeframes. 

Some of your key duties will include:

Effectively deliver coaching and personal development to create a high-performing team
Provide line management support to direct reports
Motivate and lead the team to ensure KPI's are hit whilst maintaining good customer service
Build and maintain effective relationships with other areas of the business and external parties such as key stakeholders

What are we looking for?

You are a strong leader with the perfect combination of analytical, organisational and people management skills. You are able to inspire your team, getting behind them to motivate efficient teamwork and collaboration. You do not shy away from getting stuck in and stepping in to help your team when needed.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Recent people management experience and a strong ability to lead and support a diverse team
Efficient communications skills, both written and verbal
Have worked with vulnerable customers or those in financial difficulty.
Broad knowledge of operational systems
