What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Credit Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading customer service by reviewing all new business proposals from brokers and processing this by completing all the required checks. This is a hybrid role where a minimum of 3 days a week is to be worked from our Staines office.

Some of your key duties will include:
• Processing and managing new proposals and completing anti-fraud checks in a timely manner
• Liaising with brokers via email/telephone calls regarding proposal enquiries to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
• Shadowing Intermediary Oversight Specialists to offer support and gain further knowledge

You're an excellent communicator and come with a 'can do' attitude. You like to manage your tasks and are flexible in the way you work, whether this is by working using your initiative or working in collaboration with your team.

• Strong organisational skills
• Stakeholder management
• Ability to multi-task
