What does the role involve?

Reporting into the Client Onboarding Manager, we are looking for an Onboarding Executive to act as a central liaison with the Sales team and prospects to ensure the smooth introduction of new clients to the business. You will be responsible for administering and raising legal documents and for ensuring that they are compliant with all relevant legislation.

Some of your key duties will include:

Raising legal documents and carrying out verifications for new prospects
Assist in creating new client and debtor accounts on our bespoke invoice finance system
Working with external clients to make payments and process debt verifications
Building strong internal and external relationships to help deliver an outstanding customer experience

What are we looking for?

You will be an excellent communicator who enjoys variety in their work. You can naturally prioritise your workload and be able to take on new tasks in order of urgency.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Ability to work on own initiative and deal with multiple conflicting priorities
Knowledge and understanding of working directly with multiple stakeholders
Highly skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Great attention to detail and accuracy
