What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Build Team Leader you will be working as part of the Build Team to provide a high level of service and project planning for all the internal and external customers and suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all processes are followed from ordering the vehicles to ensuring they are built within a timely manner and out on the road. You will work from our Trowbridge office a minimum of 2 days a week.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Managing orders and delivers which come through from assigned customers and suppliers
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the vehicles are out in good time
• Escalating any performance issues with suppliers to the relevant category manager where appropriate
• Managing and processing supplier invoices 

What are we looking for?

You come with a passion for ensuring your customer's needs are met by delivering a first-call service. You are a great listener and always quick to action by planning your day to prioritise work and make things happen! You love to mix things up by working as part of a team but also on your own initiative. 

Also, we're looking for the following: 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 
• Stakeholder management skills
