Glassdoor's Top 50 Best Places to Work 2023

We're delighted to announce that the Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award has again recognised us as one of the UK's Top 50 Best Places to Work 2023.

Novuna ranks 15 out of 50 on Glassdoor's Best Places to Work UK list with a 4.6 rating; this recognition builds on last year's success, where Novuna placed for the first time. Unlike other workplace awards, the Glassdoor Employees' Choice Awards are based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback on Glassdoor by completing a company review about their job, work environment and employer.
