Group Treasury is a small, specialised team working alongside the central finance function responsible for multi-currency funding, FX and interest risk, cash management, banking platforms, and payment processes. The work involves a blend of financial markets, corporate finance, accounting, and project management. What does the role involve?

This placement will focus on daily cash management, trade settlement, interest accruals, accounting and to a certain extent, derivative valuation, though the candidate will need to remain flexible and be prepared to take on additional tasks and projects as delegated by team members from time-to-time. You'll learn in a supportive environment and will be given opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this opportunity you'll be currently studying at university for a degree, ideally in a relevant subject (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business Studies, Accounting). You'll be looking for a 12 month placement opportunity and will be keen to learn and develop new skills.

Strong analytical skills
