What does the role involve?

As a Sales Support Executive, you will report into the Sales Support Team leader and will be responsible for providing administrative support for the sales team. Furthermore, you will play a fundamental role in supporting ongoing relationships with manufacturers, dealers, or the end customer to see through deals as well as being the first point of contact for any queries.

Attendance from the Staines office will be required 5 days a week for the initial training period to enable you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work. Following initial training, it'll be expected to work onsite 3 days a week.

Some of your key duties will include:

Regularly liaising with key stakeholders, assisting with any manufacturers/dealers or end customer-related issues
Discussing quotations and preparing financial agreements with the end customers
Communicating with the Underwriting Team and Customer Service Team to deliver updates
Preparing reports to track the account's progress and to draw out any potential problems

What are we looking for?

You are a forward thinker, that welcomes a challenge and enjoys being able to work within a busy environment. You come with strong communication skills both verbal and written. As this position involves collaborating with various internal teams, you will come with excellent relationship-building skills to ensure a steady flow of business.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Experience with managing stakeholders
Excellent telephony manner
Strong collaborative skills
Ability to think outside the box
