What does the role involve?

You will build excellent relationships with your portfolio of Intermediaries / broker accounts across our farm, commercial and soft asset sectors, ensuring they understand our range of products and services, our credit lending appetite, pricing requirements and processes. You will also source and onboard new Intermediary / broker relationships to ensure our continued growth all whilst delivering a market leading service to our clients.

Some of your key duties will include:

Account manage assigned intermediary / broker relationships and assist in developing incremental business opportunities
Build strong relationships with a range of intermediaries / brokers who operate in different industries and sectors
Enhance credit applications that are deemed worthy of appeal, working closely with the intermediary / broker and the end user clients to ensure an enhanced application is resubmitted
Undertake regular account reviews and strategy sessions with our Intermediaries / brokers to identify trends in approval rates, conversion rates, and proposal numbers to help improve efficiencies and increase business volumes
Create opportunities for New Business and meet sales targets set.

What are we looking for?

You're an experienced results driven asset finance expert with exceptional communication skills who enjoys building and cultivating strong relationships with your customers. You're a positive, pioneering and standout character who understands the importance of maintaining effective relationships to ensure a constant flow of business from our intermediaries / brokers. Your technical knowledge will be second to none with strong data analytical and credit analysis skills to enable you to work closely with our risk teams to create suitable options for our customers. You will be able to work independently but also need to be a strong team player working in a well established dynamic sales team.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
In depth knowledge of asset finance & and understanding of financial accounts
To have worked with a broker portfolio previously
Able to work operationally at a senior level
Able to make sound commercial decisions
