What does the role involve?
Reporting into our Facilities Manager you'll join a small team of reception colleagues where you'll be the initial face of Novuna - welcoming all visitors into our office and greeting our colleagues as they go about their day to day roles. You'll also support with post that comes into us, from opening and scanning incoming mail to preparing out going mail for the Royal Mail on a daily basis. As you can imagine for the nature of this role we'd need you to be in our Leeds office Monday - Friday where you'll work alternating hours of 8am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5.30pm (finishing 30 mins earlier each Friday).
Some of your key duties alongside these will include:
- Ensuring all incoming calls are answered in a polite and professional manner
- Ensuring our car park spaces are allocated appropriately
- Supporting with admin duties on behalf of the Facilities Manager
- Issuing visitor passes and ID badges
What are we looking for?
To be a success in this role you'll be approachable, friendly and enjoy making others feel welcome. Previous experience on a reception role would be great however it's not essential, what we would need you to have though is previous face to face experience with customers.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
