Project Manager - Customer Transition

What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Business Transition Manager, you will join the Corporate Sales Team and be responsible for planning and managing the end-to-end activities for the customer journey. Utilising your strong project management skills, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, on-time delivery, and overall client satisfaction.

This is a hybrid position whereby a minimum of 2 days per week you will be required to work from our Newbury or Trowbridge office. Working hours are from 8:30-17:00.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Managing the full process of the customer's onboarding to the business, acting as the main point of contact for any project inquiries or concerns
• Leading project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities
• Collaborating and building relationships with multiple client relationships and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication 
• Ensuring that processes and procedures are well documented and in line with market requirements, identifying and mitigate any project risks
