What does the role involve?

As the 4th member of the Pool Fleet Team, you will be managing a variety of our customer's vehicles from arranging refurbishment of PLG/LCV and HGV assets, reviewing cost estimates to authorising the level of work to be completed using the British Vehicle Renting Leasing Association standard. You'll be responsible for monitoring the repair work as well as the billing.

Some of your key duties will include:

Arranging the collection of vehicles and managing the relocation
Overlooking of inspection of vehicles and searching for the most cost-effective and sustainable options for repair items
Managing stakeholders enquires internally and externally via emails and calls
Ensuring all assets meet a certain criteria before being allowed to progress into the re-home pool

What are we looking for?

You show a lot of enthusiasm for motor vehicles and enjoy working in a highly engaging role where you are in regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders. You're an organised individual who enjoys seeing things through and planning your day to prioritise work and make sound decisions.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
Stakeholder management skills
Ability to think operationally
Effective communication skills
