What does the role involve?

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our Personal Lending team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team and help the generation of new business volumes and profit across the existing partners (such as Money Supermarket, Compare the Market and Clearscore), as well as supporting the introduction of new Partners. This is a hybrid position where all members of the team are requested to work on-site weekly at our Leeds office as well as supporting face to face Partner meetings.

Some of your key duties will include:

Supporting the team to hit target business volumes and profit from partners who generate business across the Personal Lending products and services
Managing third party reviews, ensuring regular and consistent face to face meetings are held
Ensure KPI's are discussed and documented as well as the delivery of the service by both parties
Analysing financial performance to suggest new ideas on how to increase volume and profit performances through our partners
Supporting the manager via appropriate governance, contract, and commercial negotiations

What are we looking for?

You come with a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills. You are a natural, strong communicator (written and verbal) with experience of working with third parties or external customers. You have excellent time-keeping skills and enjoy planning out your day to achieve your goals. You already come with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in a consumer-facing environment.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Ability to think operationally
Analyse statistics and data
Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel
