Operational Resilience Manager

What does the role involve?

The Group Organisational Resilience team who, in addition to leading Organisational Resilience initiatives, are responsible for managing Novuna's Operational Resilience (OR), Business Continuity (BC) and Crisis Management (CM) capabilities to ensure that the organisation is well prepared for and able to respond and adapt to the disruption of key processing capabilities including people, premises, systems, supplier services and or shocks to the financial services system.

Reporting into the Group Head of Operational Resilience you'll work with subject matter experts across the organisation to deliver against a number of operational resilience and business continuity initiatives aimed at enhancing our ability to protect our important business services.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Deliver a variety of Operational Resilience projects, including setting impact tolerances and scenario testing of our important business services
• Work closely with subject matter experts to make sure that our business services are identified, and underlying dependencies and activities are accurately process-mapped.
• Take ownership of the Operational Resilience governance program, Including acting as secretariat of the steering and working groups, and the creation of management and board reports
• Manage our Business Continuity capabilities in line with industry good practice. This includes providing guidance, direction and leadership on development and management of Business Continuity, Incident Management, Crisis Management and Disaster Recovery, including training, awareness, and exercising
