What does the role involve?
As National Sales Manager, you'll be a crucial part of the Specialist Sales management team, reporting to the Head of Specialist Asset Sales. You'll play an important role in our growth story by developing and winning small and medium commercial and specialist asset accounts. Managing a small sales team, you'll lead by example and foster a culture of collaboration and co-operation.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Achieving agreed targets for new customer wins in the commercial channel and improving profitability
- Identifying new market sectors, and supporting marketing in the development of new products and propositions
- Retaining existing customers and developing new ones while maintaining business portfolio quality
- Supporting your team in responding to bids, ensuring adequate consideration has been given to the commercials, quality, compliance, and legal aspects of the bid
What are we looking for?
You're an enthusiastic, collaborative and pioneering individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll need to be a strategic thinker, able to make sound commercial business decisions, with good commercial acumen. Your ability to influence senior colleagues and collaborate effectively will be critical to your success in this role.

- Proven track record in commercial vehicle leasing sales
- Operational and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience making sound commercial business decisions
- Able to lead and manage others
