Marketing Partnerships Engagement Executive

Please note we adopt a hybrid approach to our ways of working which for this role will see you based from our office in Newbury (Berkshire) three days per week with regular travel to our Trowbridge office.

What does the role involve?

This role reports into our Senior Marketing Manager and will see you working on driving awareness and engagement of our EV salary sacrifice scheme and company car schemes to a number of eligible employees across our large customer base. You'll work closely with our Account Management team to formulate audience and market research and generate engaging and creative direct to employee campaigns, measuring engagement. You'll also work alongside our corporate sales team and wider marketing team to effectively engage with employees in existing schemes, providing comprehensive reporting that evidences EV uptake.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Creating and launching direct special offer schemes
• Working closely with sales and vehicle manufacturers to craft customer and driver-specific creative assets across a variety of platforms
• Develop and maintain customer engagement reporting, encompassing both new and existing scheme uptake
• Building and maintaining customer marketing personas, understanding customers and their employees needs

What are we looking for?

You'll join us an experienced marketer with a particular focus on promoting employee benefits. You'll be comfortable with the autonomy of implementing an engagement strategy and take an analytical approach to monitor campaign engagement. You'll have experience using marketing software and systems including Google Analytics, Umbraco, Photoshop and Salesforce (or equivalents).

Also, we're looking for the following: 

• Be self-motivated and proactive
• Have the ability to think differently and outside the box
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Knowledge and experience of creating marketing collateral including video, digital brochures, HTML, web banners, GIFs etc.
