What does the role involve?

As an Invoicing Analyst within our Finance team you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have the information required to process invoices to support timely payments. You'll be producing consolidated invoicing and invoicing backups as required by our customers (bespoke requirements) utilising SAS.

Some of your key duties will include:

Identification and resolution of issues affecting the customer invoicing
Working with Implementation to fully understand new customer requirements, where required attending customer meetings to gain full understanding
Processing of Profit Share Credits, Favour Sale (Vehicle sale) credits as required by Finance and included in customer consolidated invoicing / invoice backups as required
To effectively engage with colleagues to deliver process efficiency improvements

What are we looking for?

You'll come to us with experience in an invoicing and finance area. You'll be a strong user of Excel, including knowledge of building and using Macros.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Very high levels of attention to detail
Industry knowledge isn't necessary but would be advantageous
Ability to analyse statistics and data
Ability to complete tasks following defined process
