What does the role involve?

You will be involved in supporting our customers in keeping their vehicles on the road by ensuring minimal 'downtime'. This will involve managing our various fleets from HGVs, tanks, and trucks from their start-to-end journey. Attendance at the Trowbridge office is required a minimum of 2 days per week once you have fully completed your training. We currently have 2 vacancies open working for our different clients, for one of the positions you will work from Monday - to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00. Our second vacancy consists of an early, late shift with weekend work on a Saturday (on rotation).

Some of your key duties will include:

Organising any maintenance or repair work for scheduled or unscheduled work
Managing breakdowns and defects to ensure the vehicle is back on the road and processing recharges
Completing daily reports on bookings to track progress and updating our customers
Answering our customer calls and managing our shared inbox by responding to general enquiries

What are we looking for?

You've previously worked in a job that involves delivering excellent customer service and this comes naturally to you. You always adopt a can-do attitude and are confident in challenging where required to ensure the best possible outcome is received for the customer. You come with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as working as part of a team.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Committed and relentless to see things through
Ability to deliver accurate work, with great attention to detail
Able to work well with ever-changing deadlines and remain calm under pressure
