What does the role involve?
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Change Team. Within this role, you will support our colleagues as they guide our customerswith their digital journey, by introducing them to our web-based services and providing technical assistance to maximise their benefit. Your core duty is to help with onboarding clients onto our digital platforms, acting as first point of contact in providing client support and overseeing maintenance of the systems, to ensure for a smooth customer experience. You will also help to build and refine the supporting business processes.
Our office is based in Telford but we're passionate about hybrid working, therefore we ask for you to be able to commute to our Telford office a minimum of 1 day per week.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Introducing customers to our platforms and guiding them through the initial installation process
- Full ownership of technical queries and liaising with third party providers
- Optimising the performance of existing solutions and deploying new digital services where appropriate
- Delivering high standards of customer care and creating a seamless onboarding experience for our customers
- Closely liaising with internal stakeholders and providing support to our Relationship Managers and Sales team
What are we looking for?
We are searching for someone who enjoys working closely with systems and is keen to learn new skills and build on their knowledge. You can naturally prioritise your workload, and be able to take on new tasks in order of urgency whilst maintaining a strong eye for detail. And, you are able to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness and customer experience. The role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creatively tackling problems and enjoys putting their ideas into practice.

- Willingness to grow and a strong desire to develop new digital skills
- Ability to work on own initiative when required and comfortable making sound decisions
- Ability to think operationally and work within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
