What does the role involve?

As a member of the Customer Experience management team you will lead a team of 4 Customer Service Team Leaders and 2 Customer Fleet Managers and have responsibility for ensuring our customers are responded to in a timely and quality manner. You will work closely with our Account Management team listening to their feedback and have the opportunity to make improvements to the way we work. You will also spend your time developing your direct reports empowering them to become future leaders at Novuna.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Ensuring a consistency of service to customers, handling all inbound queries promptly through a range of telephone calls and emails
  • Managing all relevant department targets and SLAs
  • Ensuring collaboration across the management team to deliver an award winning training programme.
  • Making sure Business Controls are implemented and effective and proactively detecting issues.

What are we looking for?

Customer service is in your DNA, you thrive on delivering outstanding experiences for your customer base and leading people is second nature to you. You ideally will have come from an FCA regulated environment and have an understanding of how this can impact a customer service function and you enjoy finding solutions to any issues.

Also, we're looking for the following: 

  • Ability to manage people and daily metrics
  • An operational thinker
  • Ability to build strong partnerships
  • An advocate of collaborative working methods
