What does the role involve?

As a Customer Fleet Manager, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of a pot of specialist customer accounts. This exciting opportunity will help you understand many areas of our business from Account management, to Remarketing and our Operational Teams. Acting as a day-to-day liaison bridging the gap between Operational Teams, Account managers and the Customers you will work collaboratively across the business with colleagues of all levels. You will build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders including Transport managers, fleet teams and our internal managers.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Monitoring day to day performance of their fleet to ensure we continue to deliver optimal performance 
• Supporting the Account manager with customer review meetings
• Being the first point of contact for issues, taking responsibility for the coordination of resolution and providing regular updates to the customer
• Liaising with internal teams to push for the best possible outcome for our customers

What are we looking for?

You have strong communication skills and are great at building internal and external relationships. You will be proactive in your work but also be able to pick up issues quickly as they arise so the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once is essential. Organisation is key in this role and you will be focused on getting the best outcomes for our customers.

Also, we're looking for the following: 

• Excellent stakeholder management, able to build rapport and deliver on your promises to ensure trust is built
• The ability to manage your time and workload effectively, identifying tasks that need priority focus
• The ability to influence stakeholders to reach resolutions
• A continues improvement mindset with evidence of improving processes
